What is an ideal neck?
The ideal neck has a clean jaw line, no wrinkles, no excess fat , no webbing and an obvious jaw/neck angle.

Can Liposuction help?
Liposuction alone is often sufficient to remove a double chin and redefine the jaw line

What else can be done to improve the jaw line?
Platyma is a sheet of muscle which starts at the clavicle and passes up the neck and over the jaw to join the muscles in the cheek. Tightening the lateral borders of this muscle will remove webs (chooky neck), restore the jaw and neck angle and create a clean jaw line. Some people will need to have some redundant skin excised via an incision behind the ears.

How long will this procedure take?
Neck rejuvenation is a day only procedure performed under local anaesthetic. Sedation is available if you require it.

When can I go back to work?
We advise most people to take a week off work.
